The CS210 enclosure humidity sensor measures relative humidity levels inside environmental enclosures. The sensor is housed inside the enclosure. A Campbell Scientific datalogger measures this sensor and stores its data.
Read MoreWhen CS210's measurements indicates that the RH level inside the enclosure is 40% or more, the desiccant should be replaced with another packet.
By having the datalogger measure the sensor, the measured values can be incorporated into the transmitted data stream of remotely located dataloggers. The probe has an 11-in. (28 cm) cable length, which should be adequate to place the probe near the enclosure conduits.

Yes. The sensor can be used with a multiplexer that is capable of making a single-ended voltage measurement.
The CS210 does not have any user-serviceable parts, and it does not require any routine maintenance.
Campbell Scientific recommends replacing the CS210 after every three to five years of continuous use. Alternatively, if the CS210 probe fails, replace the sensor at that time.
Incorrect wiring, program errors, or a failed sensor might be the cause.
Replace the desiccant packs when the enclosure’s RH level exceeds 40%.
