Lex - is already talking to his IT people about this but I wondered if anyone else was experiencing the same?
Our German office cannot view their site, they have tried multiple browsers but get a server can not be found, is busy or site is blank message.
I can see the site from here (and from home and our French office tried and had no problems). However, I cannot access any of the European sites through my smart phone browser - I get a server failed to communicate message.
Any ideas anyone?

Can you have the German office try two things and tell us (screen capture) what they get?
1) Have them ping the URL. Ping instructions:
From the desktop, click start
Select Run
In the Run box, type cmd
Click OK
The DOS window will pop up
Type ping de.campbellsci.com
Press enter.
2) Have them run a traceroute. Instructions:
From the desktop, click start
Select Run
In the Run box, type cmd
Click OK
The DOS window will pop up
Type tracert de.campbellsci.com
Press enter.
This info will help IT out here.

Hi Lex,
I have asked Jens to do this. For my phone I have downloaded a ping app - but to set up a ping it asks for the following:
Name
Hostname
No. of packets
Packet size in bytes (set to 56)
Interval between packets in seconds
If you let me know what to put into those boxes I will ping from the phone too.
