How is the customer forum handled on our sites - does clicking on the link in Support take you away from our site and onto CSI's our will the forum be framed within a page on our own?

The plan right now is to have the same forum show up on all sites, so it would appear to be part of the site. In the future, we would roll out forums in other languages.
Do you (or anyone else) see any problems with this?
