I am trying to gather data from a CR3000 remotely, I am under custom in the connect screen, I choose data from select date and time, I hit start and it gathers a 1KB snipet, not the data that I request. Could you offer some assistance?
I think also linked with this is that I cannot set up automatic data collection... This is probably a setting that I am not exercising correctly..
I do set up collection schedules in another module: [Setup Screen].
If you navigate there to your datalogger in the tree on the left side, you get a tab on the right half of the window that reads [Schedule] (besides other tabs).
This has got all the options you need.
Once you're finished with the setup in there hit the [Apply] button on the lower left.
Also, don't forget to check out the other tabs in there.. [Data Files] is for the files/tables you're going to collect and you need to set them to be included for selection.
