I have a CR1000 connected to, among other things, a Raven XTV cellular modem. I use eairlink.com to access it and download data.
I cannot connect with the datalogger through Loggernet's connect screen, but I can connect with the modem through AceManager. Both softwares use the modem's eairlink.com number.
And yes, the logger is connected to the modem. I was at the site today and checked.
Anyone have any idea what is going on here?
Have you been able to connect to the modem previously with your current setup?
Need to consult the manufacturing company i think you can can better solution from there .
How is the modem connected to the Logger? Is the baud rate setup correctly in the logger and the modem? Are you using PPP or just the serial server capabilities of the modem?
