that works with a grey code. I just can't understand how to find the slopes and offset as a vector classic weathervane.

i only know the 4.3150.0x.00x which is a synchron serial device.
do i understand you corectly that you already have the binary representation of the gray-code (saved as decimal value) and need to convert this to the "corresponding" decimal value?
Like how to get from 0101 (gray) to 6 decimal?

yes the windvane is a 4.3150.00.000.
the dealer give us a program which convert the grey code in decimal value and after we have the data in degree.
but i can't find if they used a slope and an offset.
