Is there a way to adjust the left scale while in auto scale mode? So it doesnt fill the data over the whole height of the graph...

I'm not sure I understand the question but I'll take a shot at it.
In RTMC Pro, if you want a bit of a gap between the max of a series and the top of a chart and the min of a series and the bottom of a chart you can use the "Offset" options of the "Min" and "Max" defined for the axis even if the axis is set to "Auto Scale".
