Need a little help please
i am trying some new hardware connected to a CR200x, the hardware is a Harvest XT SPE modem on the telecom XT network
The sim is on line and I am pinging the unit successfully. The problem occurs when I attempt to talk to the datalogger. I am not sure where the fault lies either in the setup, modem link or the app developed to talk to the modem
Hoping someone may be able to help with the log files

I am dismal on understanding/troubleshooting modems, but the I/O log does show that you are at least connecting to the modem at 9600 baud.
It would probably be best to contact someone by phone for further help.

Some suggested check points:
a) check the remote "modem" is set to talk out of its RS232 port at 9600 baud. The connect message only indicates the base "modem" (a software emulation I guess) has emulated a line connection at 9600 baud.
b) check the cabling to the CR200 - it is possible, even likely you need a null modem cable.
