I hope you can help me. I need to use the MX Series - Infra red Thermocouples on my project. it has 5 wires, black, green, 2 whites and a screen... Im not sure how to connect to logger.

You'll need to provide the exact part number.
The output can mimic a Type J or K thermocouple, 1mv/Degree, 4-20mA, 0-20mA, or 0-5VDC.
Looking at the spec sheet, which does not show wiring, my best guess is that two wires are used for excitation (9-30VDC), two are used for output (see above), and the shield/screen will go to "G" on the logger.

The make is Linear Laboratories. Model NO: MX6D15. Serial no: 010503.
How will i know which off the wires are excitation and output??

MX6D15 is
MX series sensor with 0-5VDC output, 0-125 degC range, and a 15:1 field of view.
So you'll be able to connect two wires to the logger's 12V or SW12V ports, and two of the wires to a differential input. Read the sensor wit VoltDiff instruction.
The user's manual for the device does not appear on their website.
You will need that manual to determine the wiring for excitation and output. I can't help you with that. You'll need to contact Linear Labs for the user's manual.
