Duty Cycle (or on-time in 10 minutes)?

I'd like to monitor some pumps and such with a CR10X, is there an easy way to connect a digital input to (say) a relay that's active when a pump is active, and return the duty cycle or "time on in the last 10 minutes"? Can I also get counts, in case it cycles on and off several times in 10 minutes?
