Connect Sreen Message

Hello forum,

I have CR800 and I have a problem downloading the program from the Datalogger to PC.
I receive a message "the security code was not recognized by the station" while I try to receive the program file.I have a fresh installation of LoggerNet 3.3.1 and Device Configuration Utility 1.15.

The strange thing is that I can connect to the DataLogger with the correct security code using D.Configuration Utility

Please advice

You need to upgrade your version of Loggernet as this message is seen with newer versions of the operating systems in the CR800/1000/3000 dataloggers and the older versions of Loggernet.

You can get a free upgrade patch from 3.3.1 to 3.4.1 from here:

That should solve your problem for now or if you want all the new stuff you could upgrade to Loggernet 4.0 but that is a chargeable upgrade.

I ahve already done the upgrade.I use the LoggerNet Patch (Small) 3.4.1.
But I have the same problem...
I can not download the program

Sorry to ask simple questions but have you set the security code in the hardware settings in the setup utility of Loggernet? Unlike the Device Configurator program it will not prompt for the security code on connection, the setting has to be in the setup information.
