controlling temp/humidity using CR10X

latec Jul 7, 2010 10:13 AM

hi
i have just acquired the above-mentioned unit and i thought of (using loggernet 3.4 to set program) to controlling few things. basically i want to control temp and humidity in an inclosure. as well controlling a stepper motor to open vent for every two hour so that room does not become stuffy. are there sensors under control & calculate that one can just select for loggernet to create a program.

if not can one update loggernet 3.4 to have other sensors except those on the program (more).

regards
latec

latec,
You can do all the things you want to do with the CR10X and Loggernet 3.4. I suggest you look at the programming tool "ShortCut" which is included with Loggernet. That will help you get set up with the logger to measure a temperature and humidity sensor for your controls.
Suggest you look at http://www.canakit.com/dual-motor-l298-h-bridge-control-ck1122-uk1122.html for a motor controller you can connect directly to the control ports and control the direction of you motor.
Good luck,
IslandMan
