I have any questions about Remove Serurity code in CR800

Dear All,

we are using CR800 with PC400 software, Our engnineers created programming with CR800, they have installed the password(security code), but now they have forgotten their password, Now I would like cancel or retrieve the password which I must how ?. Please show me how to do it ?.
