{PC208W,WinXP,NL100,CR10X,SM4} one megabyte transfer limit?

I've got an XP Pro, SP3 machine (Dell Latitude D600) machine running PC208W.

It's talking over an Ethernet LAN to an NL100 that's connected to a CR10X and an SM4.

I deleted all the log files and told it to "Collect All". After collecting about a megabyte of data (267,000-ish points), it just stops, and I have to hit "Collect" to restart it. After another megabyte-ish, it stops again.

Known problem, fixed in the next release, just collect more often, or am I doing something else wrong?

Thanks!

It's not anything I am aware of, but it doesn't mean there isn't a problem :) It would not be something that we identified and fixed, if my memory actually goes back that far.

There may be some indication of why data collection stops in the logs. Have you looked at those? What's your max time on-line set to?

Regards,

Dana W.

Ah, 600 seconds, or probably somewhere around a megabyte at 9600 baud.

Doh! And many thanks!
