Rising edge detection

Hi all,

Just a basic question that I can´t solve on my own, is it possible to detect the rising edge of a status signal and set the following values to zero even when the sensor stays ON?

I mean, I just want to detect the rising edge and set it to 1 and keep the rest of the values to zero but what I get is a continous 1 until the sensor is down again.
