I need to connect MS101D (EKO inc.)
pyrheliometer to CR1000. how to do it?

If it's similar to one of the solar sensors that CSI sells, I suggest you use ShortCut from Loggernet and use one of the solar sensors in there to get an idea of programming and wiring.
