CR3000, Failed to communicate with station/ built in keypas & screen not responding

The CR3000 data logger used to work fine but suudenly I noticed that It get disconnected, and I couldn't connect it again.  I come up with the error :

transaction failure", "unreachable destination", " get logger program status.

and

transaction failure", "unreachable destination", " Check/set clock.

I am using Win 7- 32bit and loggernet 4.1, and I am connecting the data logger to pc directly. Even I noticed that the built in keypad and screen also don't respond. I double checked the 12 V power supply, and there is no problem there. Please let me know if you have any suggestion. I really appreciate it

Is there anything on the display at all? If not, make sure the power switch on the side hasn't gotten flipped to "off".
