power supply

Mavada Oct 29, 2009 08:55 PM

Hi,

So i need a current shunt CURS100 for the analog 4-20mA sensors.
So i need 5 current shunts:
windspeed
winddirection
temp/hum
radiation

The sensors need a 24vdc powersupply, but my cr1000 datalogger uses 12vdc, so can i just connect the i-out of the sensor and the G with the current shunt on my datalogger? Or isnt that possible?

And where can i find the price of such a current shunt, or can you give me a indication?

Regards,

Mark

Hi Mark,

If you go to the link that Janet gave you there are 2 buttons there that allow you to get a quote for the part.

Yes, you can just connect the output of the sensors to the CURS100. Suggest you get the manual from the page Janet referenced as well, it has a lot of good information.

Good Luck,
IslandMan
