RTMC Pro Alarms and email

We are running RTMC Pro 4.2.0.28 on a Windows 7 Pro computer, and have about 11 sites that have Text Alarms and 1 that has a Numeric Alarm.

We are having a problem with a couple of sites that RTMC will send a email that a alarm is on, but shows no active alarms at those sites on RTMC Run Time. The emails are normally sent at 12 AM, but will also be sent if RTMC Run Time is restarted.

Is this a know issue? Is there a work around?

I'd be looking in the logs from the logger to see if the trigger values are appearing.

It could be that the alarms are being triggered momentarily

Went through the Logs and the values were not at the trigger level.

I'm wondering if they are flashing the last value that triggered the alarm.

Still having this problem, I've upgraded both LoggerNet and RTMC Pro to the latest versions. Any other ideas?
