problem PPP with LS300 in CR1000

hi there

I have a problem with a modem sierra LS300. I want to make a connection PPP with a CR1000 but I cant.

I used the template "ls300_cdma_115200_ppp" that you have and then y putted the APN, so in my case the APN is "ba.amx" for "claro" operators in my country.
well this APN has to have this additional:
user: amx
pass: amx
I putted that ones in the ls300 and in the device configuration utility, but once in the modem and the other in the cr1000.

but the cr1000 dont have internet.

can you help me please?

Have you set the PPP dial string tin the CR1000 to "AT\APPP"?

Connect to the LS300 itself and look at its network status. Then you can see if the modem has a connection. Enable the Dynamic DNS settings to make the modem send a message to the airlink server. If a ping gives you back the modem IP address, the modem has a data connection.

If you follow the instructions exactly as they are in the Campbell manual for the LS300G, the PPP connection between the modem and the datalogger will work. For incoming connections, you need to set port forwarding in the security settings of the modem.
