IEEE4 for cardout

Jamal Sep 9, 2015 08:11 AM

Hello,

I'm using the IEEE4 format to store a variable in the internal memory of the CR6 and an SD card with the CardOut instruction, but the variable is rounded to 2 decimal places in the extern card. Is there solution to keep the initial préscision.

Thanks.

IF you use IEEE4 format in the sample or other output instructions the resolution will be use in the memory and the card - there is no difference if you are using Cardout.

The apparent difference may be due to the software that is being used to read the data off the card which may be simply dropping any following zeros.
