Air Temperature measurement from CSAT3 and HMP45C probe

Hello..

I am new with these measuring instruments. I am using CR5000 datalogger for recording the data. I have few queries regarding air temperature measurement.

1. Can we represent air temperature from the recorded sonics temperature and HMP45C probe directly? If not, how to calibrate?

2. On field, the HMP45C probe temperature is showing much temperature variation, compared to sonics temperature (which was not observed during lab testing). What may be the cause?

3. The HMP45C probe is recording 'NaN' relative humidity data everyday during peak temperature period. How to fix this?

4. We have two sonics (CSAT3) operational on the field. Top one at m height and bottom one at 6 m height. However, top sonics is showing higher temperature that bottom one (0.2-0.3 C more) always. How to fix it?

Waiting for your advise,
With regards,
Dhruba.
