Zener Diodes

Bobfbks Sep 15, 2009 09:13 PM

Hello out there.
I need to use a zener diode as outlined in CR10X manual page 9-2 for conditioning a long duration pulse for an anemometer signal. The manual mentions using diode 1N4688 but that appears to be a bit out of date. Does anyone have an old ECG Philips Semiconductors master replacement guide or something similar so I could figure out what a suitable replacement is for this diode? Thanks

If all else fails, you can probably order one from CSI.

The part Number is 3630, cost is $0.31 each. The cost of shipping would be your only substantial cost. As long
as you don't order more than 10, there probably isn't
a problem with our supplying the part to you in this way.

I'm told that there is also a $15 handling fee since the order is under $50.

Great, thanks very much. That was pretty easy solution.
