Backup cache files

I would like to backup the cache files created by Loggernet. How do I access the actual file?

LoggerNet has a built-in network backup utility that is configured from the Setup window (Backup menu). The backup has the option to include the data cache -- this is the easiest way to back up the cache as well as back up your LoggerNet network map.
