send program via rs232 without loggernet

Hi

We are making a program for irrigation management using a PC with rs-232 connection with a CR1000.

We would know if we can use visualbasic to manage the CR1000 (send/receive programs and data recovery), and which are the instructions.

For a direct connection for simple applications you should be able to use the free BMP5 Software Development Kit. See:
