WS600 weather station w/CR200X

DACataldo Nov 15, 2014 12:47 AM

Hi,

Need some information, please, that has probably been answered 5,000 times already. Where can I find the mapping for a WS600 from those "RES" fields to real life values like temperature, barometer, wind etc.?

As far as I can tell I have to set this weather station up as "custom" and then map the fields, but there is no information on what fields are what - other than these tables in the manual that give you channel numbers...... I AM LOST!

Or maybe just dumb.

Thank you in advance,
Dave

The mapping of the data values of the WS600 can be found in the manufacturers manual:

http://www.lufft.com/en/products/all-in-one-sensors/ws600-umb-smart-weather-sensor-8370u01/

Page 78 of the WSx UMB Manual shows the values returned for M0! as:
Air Temperature degrees C
Relative Humidity %
Relative air pressure hPa
Average Wind Speed m/s
Maximum wind speed m/s
Wind direction degrees
Wet bulb temperature degrees C
Type of precipitation
Precipitation intensity mm/h

That should get you going.

OK so we can officially consider me dumb - that would be the only page I missed! Yes I am "got going" now. Thank you for your time.
