the equipments which we are using:

fastract xtend modem
SC-105
Sim card- provider name is Azercell(APN name is internet)
for statik IP adress apn name is Pro

In the European site of CSI there are some manuals (some retired) where you can find all the necessary information for the correct configuration.

I think its better that you have to check or know first what are the systems needed before you doing such configuration. Hopefully, it helps. Solar power system is performed by combination LPC2148 ARM7
