I/O error 103 in SM4M

I am downloading data from a CR7. It has been working flawlessly for years as well as this morning. Suddenly today I get this error. Can anyone tell me what has happened? Mike

I believe this typically occurs when the drive you wrote to last when using SMS is no longer available (such as a disk).

that was it. The path was correct and the drive was there but by re-establishing it, the data were downloaded. I guess a few electrons were out to lunch. thanks so much.
