help problems with SAT HDR GOES transmitter

Hello

I am using a SAT HDR GOES transmitter the problem is a the time of transmit shows code error 16 command 1f, I did all the recommendations of manual and continuing the same code error.

Page 21 says that an error code of 16 is due to a hardware failure. The unit needs to be returned to Campbell Scientific.
