I have a problem with Shaft encoder enviro systems SE 109 because it not increase or decrease when the shaft rotates and sometimes under the same conditions it gets stuck in the same value. Aparently the electronic system is ok and doesn´t have any damage or physical problems. Any ideas about what happen? or what variables can affects its performance?
