CR9052 Single Ended Input at 6 Volts

rlwoell May 8, 2014 10:55 PM

I have a three wire transducer (power, signal, ground) whose signal has a full scale of 6 volts. I need to measure this signal with the CR9052. Usually I measure this source with a CR9050 in which case I would use a 2:1 divider terminal block. However, that doesn't seem to be possible with the CR9052 due to terminal arrangements.

Am I correct in assuming I will need to divide the voltage external to the CR9052 and then connect the signal source to Vin+ and the signal ground to Vin-?
