How good is Decagon 5TM

Please let me know the pros and cons of Decagon 5TM as compared to campbell scientific?

The Decagon 5TM is actually a soil moisture sensor. It can be connected to a Decagon EM50 datalogger, or one of Campbell Scientific's dataloggers. Decagon provides information on their web site on measuring the 5TM with our dataloggers:
