CR1000 communication with Omega LVU32 Ultrasonic

I am wondering whether anyone has communicated with an Omega LVU32 or LVU33 ultrasonic sensor. It uses RS485 communication. I have a RS485 to RS232 converter that allows me to communicate using Omega's software "LVU.exe" software:

I would like to get signal strength, temperature and depth using the RS485 output.
