Two connections to CR1000

Hi! I have two connections to my CR1000.
First - via Ethernet (NL100/NL200 connected to cr1000 in
CS I/O port (TCP Serial Server)).
Second - via GSM modem connected to RS232 datalogger port.
How i can create auto reconnect from second way if the first way will not available?
