Connecting pyranometers to multiplexer

I have connected a multiplexer (AM16/32B) to my datalogger (CR1000), and two pyranometers (Kipp & Zonen CMP11) to the multiplexer. I wish to record solar data over the next few weeks and need assistance with the programming please. I already have a program, I only need to add some script to record the pyranometer readings. Thanks!

Have you tried ShortCut which comes with Loggernet? It can help you write the program.
