Problem with Modbusmaster in SlowSequence

MatthewBoyd Nov 20, 2013 09:55 PM

I'm getting very infrequently changing responses from one ModbusMaster function that is in a SlowSequence when there is another Modbusmaster function in another SlowSequence. The first infrequently changing function is communicating via TCP/IP every 4s using an NL115 and the second normally responding function is communicating serially (8e1) every 2s using an SDM-SIO1. The problem goes away if I move these two functions to the same SlowSequence (either at 4s or 2s).

I can see from a packet monitor that the Modbus TCP device is being polled and is responding normally, and there are no errors indicated by the CR1000 datalogger (ModbusMaster result codes are 0 and the TCPOpen returns a non-zero socket for the Modbus TCP device.) All firmware is up to date. Any suggestions?
