Hi,
we have a setup where three loggers are daisychained with a single cellular modem:
modem -> CR800 -> (sc32b) -> CR1000_1 -> (sc32b) -> CR1000_2
Scheduled acquisition is setup exactly the same way for all 3 loggers. We are only getting the dat_files out of the CR800 and CR1000_1 but the file from the 3rd logger is never downloaded/appended.
Manually connecting to that logger and using Collect Now works totally fine however.
Things I've tried:
- offset the acquisition period for that logger by 1hour
- up the number of retries
- add a longer "delay hangup"
What gives?
Look in the logs at the time the problem occurs (failed data collection) to see if there are clues there. In particular, look at the Trans$.log.
