I'm trying to calibrate an OBS5+ to measure sediment concentration, i follow the instruction of the manual and construct a sediment suspender similar to suspender showed in the manual but when i try to calibrate the OBS the plots i obtain are totally different to the plots showed in the manual, in example the values of ND are negative using a gain more than 5, If i want to turn positive the values of the ND i have to use a gain of 2, also the values obtained for ND (Using a gain=2)is less than 16000 count (15000, 500, 200, etc) so the plot for the ND curve not even appear in the grafic of calibration.
Any suggestion or recomendation?
Possible the sediment i use is to big?
