Singel - ended: BIPOLAR input?

Can you help me if input voltage range: –5000 mV to 5000 mV is for Singel-Ended measure too?
I mean if datalogger cr1000 has a bipolar input for Singel-Ended input.
Or datalogger can measure only in the positive value from 0 to 5000mV.
I am not sure.

It will read +/- voltages on all input ranges.
