Communication Setup CR1000

I just finished setup the Oncel-G3110 connected to CR1000 by RS232 port through SC32A then to CSIO

I have tried to config this system.
IP-Modem Moxa-Oncell G3110 connected to CR1000 by NL120 Ethernet Module.
I have Pubic Static IP address SIM.
