Hi all, Im new to the CAST3 and want to perform the wind offset test as described in the manual, but unsure of how to connect the sensor to a power source without using a datalogger as I want to use the software CSAT32 connecting the sensor head directly to the computer.
I dont see any power-only cable in the box the instrument was shipped in, just a SDM cable that has the wires to connect to the datalogger power out section.
So, shall I just connect these wires (from the SDM cable) to a battery and then the SDM cable to the electronics box?
