Problem with FTPClient

Romu Aug 21, 2013 08:18 PM

I use CR1000 with OS26, but it is the same with OS25.

I send data every hour to an FTP Serveur (Filezila Serveur), and all is OK
When i want to send data to another FTP Serveur (one on a buffalo NAS, and the other on my internet provider), i have an error and no data are sent.

If anybody have some ideas, i have tried active and passive mode without success.

Thanks

Romu,

I always like to start with the basics. Are you sure that the log in credentials for the NAS and ISP serves have write privileges?

You can snoop the TCP traffic between the data logger and server using a terminal emulator. Connect to the datalogger with the terminal and enter W to enter the sniffer mode. Then select the TCP/IP option. You should now be able to see the datalogger attempt to log in to the server and hopefully see why it fails.
