Datalogger Connection Failure

I have setup connection for 5 dataloggers (all CR10X), 2 of which work perfectly, but three give me the following error message when I try to connect or collect data:

The settings for all five dataloggers are the same, and 2 are working fine, so it shouldn't be a problem with the modem or phoneline. The dataloggers also work when connecting to another computer, so it isn't a problem with the dataloggers themselves. Anyone know what these error messages mean or how to fix them?
