I am a new user to the cr1000. Recently something happened to the program and I need to reload it. I searched through the manuals and know how to do it through loggernet but I need to load it with a cf card and I could not find that in the manuals. I have the program on a cf card. How do I upload the program from the card to the logger then place in another card to record data to.
Please refer to the latest manual of the CFM100 or NL115 card interface you are using. These give a description of using a powerup.ini file that you put on the card that contains instructions. This is read when you power cycle the logger with the card in place. It can be made to copy and run programs from the card, amongst other things.
Once you have done that you can either leave the card in for data storage or remove it using the normal button pressing process and replace it with a fresh card.
