CR1000 Internal Battery

Does anyone know if the internal battery for the CR1000 is the same battery as the CR10X uses?

Also, what is the easiest way to change this battery on the CR1000?

The batteries are different.

The instructions for changing the battery are given in section 9.2 of the CR1000 manual.
