Scan time match between Windsonic and multiplexer on a CR1000

Hello all,
I've found the instruction manual of the windsonic (Revision 3/07) on your website, and I was trying to include the script specified for the RS-232 connection on my general script when I've encountered a problem.

Currently, my CR1000 datalogger is equipped of a thermocouple Pt100 installed as 4wires half-bridge and 3 multiplexers (AM16/32) on which are set 85 thermocouples type K and 12 radiant flux sensors.

I'd like to know if to connect the power wires of the windsonic and of one of the AM16/32 in a same 12V input would work correctly?

and the actual scan time was defined superior to 30seconds according to short-cut program specification of Loggernet 3.4 for multiplexer use as follow:

data tables definition:
DataInterval (0,10,Min,10)
Main program:
SerialOpen(com4,2400,0,0,2000)
Scan(1,Min,1,0)

The Windsonic manual says to set the script as follow:

Main Program:
SerialOpen(Com3,38400,3,0,90)
Scan (500,mSec,120,0)

Is it possible to reduce the scan time specification for multiplexer under the 30s in order to capture an almost current trend for the wind speed and direction??

Thanks in advance for your answers
