Hello all,
I´m working with a CR1000 and I can´t connect via RS-232 to the datalogger with the Device Configuration Utility . I tried to reset it all by sending to it the last OS program but I still can´t connect to it (the OS upload was OK).
If I connect to the datalogger with a terminal program, the connection is stablished correctly but the datalogger returs "Memory initialization error" message.
Please do the following.
A) report the OS version previously loaded
B) connect via rs232, open the terminal, and power cycle the logger.
What does it say?

The OS version successfuly loaded is the "cr1000_os_25.exe".
When I connect via terminal with the datalogger it says:
CR1000
wdogerr
Error initializing memory.
If I connect via EZ Setup, it says (in the Log Error Messages box):
transaction failure","unreachable destination","Get Logger Program Status
transaction failure","unreachable destination","check/set lock
