FTP upload in passive mode

I have one question with regards to the ftp-upload of data:

Is it possible to set the passive mode in OS version CR1000.Std.21 or is it a new feature for newer OS versions?

Passive mode was added in CR1000.Std.16

I went to https://www.campbellsci.com/70_103 and used the "Search this product's revisions" search box to look for instances of the word "passive". The results were:

24 Improved FTPClient instruction to allow directory retrieval in ACTIVE & PASSIVE mode.

22 Changed FTPClient to not use up file handles when ACTIVE mode is set but the server returns an error since it requires PASSIVE mode.

16 Changed FTPClient() to optionally do Passive Mode. The option code 2 = Send Passive, 3 = Receive Passive.
