I'm Mahen from GDS Instruments Malaysia. I have a project that requires to upgrade from (2 CR1000 with RF416 each with 1 logger pc connected by RF401) to (2 CR1000 with RF416 each with 1 RF416 router/repeater and 1 logger pc connected by RF416). I have no problem with my first configuration but after the hardware upgrade I couldn't get decent connection and unable to download data. However I could establish connections with both datalogger. It couldn't update table definition and I receive "neighbour list from neighbour router,8,is incomplete. Can I know what is the problem and the solution/s.

If you have a version of LoggerNet that includes the Network Planner, you might want to set up your network using that and take a look at the configuration files for the radios, to see if you have settings set correctly.
