Can CR10+Shortcut realize this?

Hello,

I am measuring the gas concentrations from four chambers. Each chamber is connected to a pump with a solenoid valve control. The pumps sequentially suck the air from the four chambers to a manifold, where a gas sampler is continuously measuring the gas concentration.
I.e.
Step 1: Solenoid 1 turned on>>Pump 1 suck the air from Chamber 1 for 5 min>>Solenoid 1 turn off;
Step 2: Solenoid 2 turned on>>Pump 2 suck the air from Chamber 2 for 5 min>>Solenoid 2 turn off;
...
Step 4: Solenoid 4 turned on>>Pump 4 suck the air from Chamber 4 for 5 min>>Solenoid 4 turn off;
Then repeat.

The gas sampler is measuring every 10s continuously in the above steps.

I need to control the solenoid valve ON/OFF, and record the data every 10s

So my questions are
1. If CR10+Shortcut can do this work? I know nothing about CRbasic programing, so want to use shortcut..If anyone can show me how to do it, it would be excellent and appreciated.
2. I can set scan interval to 10s, but the minimal storage interval in shortcut (Pc200w) is 1 min. How can I set it to 10s.

Thanks,
Yang
